Dr. Maleeh Effendi is a highly skilled Aesthetic Fellowship Trained Plastic Surgeon specializing in comprehensive aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, including Liposuction with Fat Transfer, Breast Surgery, Body Contouring, and Facial Rejuvenation.
He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Texas at Dallas, followed by medical training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He then successfully completed his Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati, where he was honored with the Golden Pager Award, reflecting his compassion for patients and commitment to high-quality care.
Dr. Effendi completed a one-year Aesthetic Society-endorsed fellowship in Orange County with South Coast Plastic Surgery. His favorite procedures include Breast Augmentation, Drainless Tummy Tuck, Liposuction with Fat Transfer, and Facelifts.
He has authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles and textbook chapters. His interest in Plastic Surgery began with early childhood exposure to medical missions and complex reconstruction in developing countries, including burn reconstruction and cleft lip and palate care. He is an active surgeon with The House of Charity, established by his mother Hashmat Effendi.
